What Are Our Products Made Of?
Our beaded jewelry is either 14k gold filled or sterling silver. It is nickel free and hypoallergenic; unless specified on a product. Generally our gold products are solid 14k gold and we use only high quality stones for clarity and sparkle.
What if my TGC bracelet breaks?
In the unlikely event that your piece breaks or needs to be restrung, we do offer repairs! The first 60 days are on us—given that you have most of your beads. The client will be responsible for shipping fees and a small fee starting at $20 will be charged. This of course changes on a case by case basis. Please contact us at info@gibsoncollective.com with your name and order number to initiate the repair process. Please note that authorized repairs may take 2-4 weeks.
What is Stefani’s BFF Pricing?
We want to make sure that fine jewelry is accessible to everyone. Instead of going through a traditional retailer which hikes up the prices of fine jewelry, we are selling directly to you. Stefani’s BFF prices are already applied to all Gibson products on the site. Take advantage of occasional promotional codes as well for additional savings. You’re welcome.

How do I clean my jewelry?
We encourage our customers to avoid excessive lotions, perfumes & chemicals. It might cloud or deteriorate the quality and clarity of our beads and semi-precious stones. This usually helps with preserving the life of your jewelry. Use a sterling silver cloth to bring your dull jewelry back to life. It’s that simple.
Can I swim or workout in my jewelry?
Our gold and rose gold beaded jewelry is 100% waterproof! Swimming or exercising with your jewelry on will not damage it.
What if I am missing items from my order?
Email us atContact@Gibsoncollective.Comwith a description of the items missing from your order and your order number. We will get the missing item(s) to you as soon as possible.
What if I entered the incorrect shipping address?
Contact our customer service team via Contact@Gibsoncollective.Com with your name, order number and updated shipping address as soon as possible. In the case that your order has not been shipped yet, we will update your shipping information.
Can I make changes or adjustments to my order?
Unfortunately we do not honor price adjustments on final sale items or items that were purchased with another promotional discount. Price adjustments are not honored during holiday promotions such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday. To obtain a price adjustment, please send an email toContact@Gibsoncollective.Comwithin 1 day of your order date. If your order is eligible we will refund the difference to the payment form used during this purchase. Cheers!
